Our Story
Based out of Seattle, Sahver (pronounced suh-vare) was founded to provide its customers with high quality classics baked goods.
Ten years ago an older sister began leaving behind frozen homemade chocolate chip cookie dough for her little brother when she visited home during her college years. She often put together snacks for him after school, and wanted to make sure he’d have a little treat at the end of a school day even after she had moved out.
What started as ensuring an 11 year old child had an after school treat grew into our bakery. Over time, our line has grown from a simple chocolate chip cookie to brownies, buttermilk biscuits and other cookie flavors that are reminisce of childhood favorites while making them more suited to the adult palate.
Our baked goods also pair well with a long list of locally made/sourced teas, coffees, wines and liquors by local friends and partners of ours.
To build community, we will highlight other local vendors products from time to time to enjoy alongside our products.
